And creating an Amazon Business account will send a $15 commission our way.
If you have an Amazon Echo, you need a free trial of Amazon Music!! We will earn $3 and it's free to you!

Heh ..... good news for fat drunkards in their 70s. Yep, fits the Wiz to a tee.
However, about every 3-6 months there is a new study that says drink or don't drink to improve health. It's stupid really.
I've found the best strategy for giving your body the best chance to live to cell life (about 120y) is to:
(1) Don't have bad protoplasm to start with (genes). Science is probably two decades away from being able to predict longevity with any degree of accuracy using the massive amount of data that is being generated in the fieldof genetics. Maybe 3-4 decades away from being able to do anything about it with gene therapy. Still there is a lot of neat cancer therapies hitting the shelf of the oncologist's practice that are manipulating certain immune system processes that are indirectly gene related.
(2) I read a book by this guy having to do with eating primally or like Gronk did when he was a caveman. It's kind-of like a paleo diet but seems simpler to me. It makes a lot of sense when he asserts your genes evolved over millions of years on a primal diet and only over the last 2000 or so did our diets change and only in the last 150 or so have they changed radically from farm to table eating to massively processed foods. Most nutritionists these days are criticizing the typical food pyramid developed by US HHS that I grew up with. To me, it is flat out wrong and accounts, along with the consumption of processed food, for the surge in obesity and diabetes in the US.
(3) Move. You don't have to go crazy with this just keep moving. I can feel the inertia in my bones to remain sedentary as I move into my 70s. I've always been active so, its not that hard for me to work to do the things I always liked to do but just sitting in front of a computer and reading whatever is going on is a powerful disincentive to getting on a bike and working hard at it.Last edited by Jeff Buchanan; July 21, 2018, 03:20 PM.Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.

Dems dealing with the extreme wing, worrying that the angry left crowd will keep away the swing voters that are now rejecting Putin's cock holster. Realistic concern imo.

DOJ and FBI withheld material information that Hillary and the DNC were behind the intelligence presented to the court for the warrant to spy on Carter Page.
besides the FBI's spy contacting Page prior to the opening of the investigation, has the FBI ever interviewed Carter Page?

I saw that after last night's terrible shooting in Toronto that mayor despicably offered his thoughts and prayers to the victims and their families. Who knew that the NRA had bought its way into the Toronto Mayoral Office?Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?
