As Canada enacts retaliatory tariffs on a number of US products today, let's recall that Trump's 'brilliant' trade guru, Peter Navarro, predicted that no country would dare retaliate against any US tariffs.
3 months later and nearly all of America's biggest trading partners have enacted retaliatory tariffs. I think Japan is the only one that hasn't yet and they've said they are coming.
