I often skip breakfast, and sometimes lunch too. You can eat a whole bunch of healthy stuff throughout the day, or you can pig out at dinner. Seems to be same thing. Most definitely on the days when I don't eat until dinner I get more work done in the afternoons.

It's a specific dish at that restaurant. Like corned beef hash, but vegetarian. IIRC. I never tried it when I lived there.
