Jon, I read that same article over breakfast this morning. What really surprised me is that Tennessee has resorted to such tactics because their season ticket base has shrunk by about 10,000 over the past decade. I wonder if empty seats will start cropping up in Knoxville.

I have no doubt that DB knew w/i weeks of getting the keys to his office that RR was going to be fired.Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.

Jamar Taylor - Alabama - 3-stars, 5.7 Rivals Rating, and the 42nd-best prospect in Florida; Ended up at South Florida, but failed out this past spring (question: how does one fail out at USF???); Rushed for 300 yards and 3 TD's in 2008, as a backup tailback; Enrolled early at Bama but left after the first semester and got a hardship waiver to be able to play at USF immediately (without sitting out the requisite year); Was 3rd string in 2007 for USF, rushing for 147 yards and 2 TDs; Played in the same HS backfield as UFlorida's Chris Rainey.Grammar... Good to know, but don't bring too many red-clad friends with you! I'm just guessing, but I expect to see half the state of Nebraska crossing the Michigan border via I-94 from mid-week on, leading up to their first game at The Big House.
Seeing that many, many Husker fans will come to Ann Arbor looking for tickets, the laws of supply-and-demand will make that game be one PRICEY ticket!
