  • Maybe it's not worth your time. I loved every minute of it, but I've loved that guy for years so maybe I was more patient with it.

This, to me, was the scary part, because it's true:

In the past eight months, I have never heard anybody express regret for voting for Donald Trump. If anything, investigations into the Trump campaign?s connections with Russia have made supporters only more faithful. ?I?m loving it?I hope they keep going down the Russia rabbit hole,? Matt Patterson told me, in June. He believes that Democrats are banking on an impeachment instead of doing the hard work of trying to connect with voters. ?They didn?t even get rid of their leadership after the election,? he said.

We have to be obsessed with Russia. That's about constitutional integrity. But the Ds' establishment is going to use it to delay real reform of their approach and understanding. This is a worst-case scenario.

So for Trump voters its less about Trump than it is about sticking it to Americans they dislike and/or envy. He is just the vessel of their anger, hence the utter disregard for his behavior and competence.

IDK why that requires 20 pages, but I'm sure it was a well-written article.

Heh. I'm a little surprised, though, at some of my friends who defend him, rationalize, and look the other way. I understand partisan politics, but I cannot imagine the gymnastics they have to go through to attempt to defend their position of support.

If anything, investigations into the Trump campaign’s connections with Russia have made supporters only more faithful. “I’m loving it—I hope they keep going down the Russia rabbit hole,” Matt Patterson told me, in June. He believes that Democrats are banking on an impeachment instead of doing the hard work of trying to connect with voters. “They didn’t even get rid of their leadership after the election,” he said.
The more the Dems talk of impeachment, the less likely their chance of taking the House in 2018. You progs won't be able to have it both ways, lamenting the chaos of the current clown show and running to replace it with a bigger clown show.

I, too, know of no Trump voter who has in any way changed his mind. I also suspect many who voted for Trump will not let on that they did. That was the big story of the election-that folks lied to the polls and went into the booth and voted for Trump. Of course, Dems are continuing on the "Russia hacked the election" silliness. Why would anyone tell a pollster they "approve" of Trump? But in the same Rasmussen poll, Trump still beats Hillary, and, I suspect, would beat any prog named as a candidate.

I just thought I'd mention that in 2011, Bernie said that a person had a better chance of fulfilling "the American dream" in Venezuela than in the US. When I was in school, we regularly read news about the failures of socialism, but that part of the curriculum has been cut from the "education" now available in government schools.

NPR was covering the Federal defamation lawsuit against Fox.

Crash, are you aware that the Rich family gets death threats from people like you who scream at them, demanding they tell the truth over how their son was murdered by Hillary?

You can thank the true journalists, Gateway Pundit, Alex Jones, Hannity, and Mike Cernovich, for that. The same group that claimed the Clintons also run a pedophile ring in a pizza shop basement.

And as Seattle noted, Spicer himself has acknowledged that these imbeciles brought their 'investigation' to the WH itself to discusss. And the WH gave a nod of approval when they needed a 'distraction'.

Except, Geezer, that the national polls were not wildly wrong. That's an untruth that Trump supporters keep repeating. The final RCP average was Clinton +3.2%. She won the popular vote by about 2.1%. (Right, right, she got millions of illegals to vote for her and the evidence will be presented any day now...been hearing that since January).

Trump's approval numbers are everywhere from -12 to -24. Would you actually have us believe that 10-12% of the country and possibly up to 20% of Hillary voters are thrilled and delighted with Trump, but are too embarrassed to admit it to a pollster?

You say you've never met a Trump voter who's changed his mind? Well I've never met a Trump voter who was too ashamed of himself to let you know how he really thinks.
