It came out a few hours after it was clear what Trump said to the Russians. Good bet it's him, then. He may not have been under investigation before he fired Comey, but thanks to doing it AND THEN BRAGGING ABOUT IT ON TWITTER AND WITH LAVROV, he probably is now.
He is very likely the first person really and truly too stupid to be president.
