Yeah, I'm pretty pumped about the whole thing. It was fun to watch the announcement. I don't think I've been this interested in whether Michigan landed a hoops recruit since the year we lost Kevin Garnett to the NBA.

I'm pretty sure the student sales increased quite a bit after last year.

If we go to the dance again and win 2 games, look for a big jump for 2012-13.

Haha...when was that from do you remember? I've been through a ton of close recruiting losses in basketball. Color me jaded.

Student ticket sales were at an all time high this year.

I'll be happy with a >.500 conference record and getting into the NCAA tournament. We've still got a freshman point guard and lots of role players, and last year was one of the most overachieving teams in the history of Michigan athletics.

If happy means meeting expectations, I agree. Anything less than 10-8 in the BT I'll be disappointed and we sure as hell had better make the tourney.

This was all well known when he declared. It was well known that the NBA was going to have a lockout and might lose the season. It was well known that Morris wasn't a 1st round pick.

Why the hell he still declared is beyond me. The writing was on multiple walls--he just refused to read it.
