If it gets us closer to a better coach, I'm fine with that. I suspect it'll just hurt recruiting more. But, IMO, they're in. 20-win teams from the Big Ten usually get in.

Well, obviously, I couldn't agree less. For me it's the worst of both worlds here -- we have talent and people still insist we don't. When Beilein had teams that actually truly fit that description, in the Novak years, the defense was at least much, much better and the announcers didn't talk about how soft the team is. People are so eager to blame injuries that they can't even bother to go check the box score to see that the team was fully healthy for NJIT and EMU last year. Just rush to offer the excuses.
