2024 Moore might have saved 2026 Moore's job today. He's still got a lot of flaws but today's win gives him a lot of credibility. Our problems aren't solved but boy does the program feel a lot differently here in just the past couple of weeks.

There's plenty of video out there to sort this out after the facts become established but it looks to me like OSU security went overboard and started using MACE selectively on M players. Here's some video of Graham Klien and others getting MACED. WTF.

Of course Petitti will issue sanctions against M for the unsportsmanlike behavior. Anyone not understand why Harbaugh bolted for the NFL.?

Bring in a co-offensive coordinator with experience or some sort of shakeup with the offensive coaching staff. The difference between Underwood and the 2024 QBs will already be night and day at the most important position on a football team.

Warren had 62 yards passing, 1 AWESOME scramble, and 2 hideous picks. That pick in the 4th round quarter in particular seemed like doom until Ohio State choked. It seemed like both offenses didn’t want to win the game today for the longest time. The defenses balled out.

Hint: Watch Mullings scoring from 2y out after Amir Hall got an IINT at OSU's 13 and ran it to the 2. Fast forward to Zavada's 54y FG. Then fast forward to the last 1:29 on M's last possession after Day's screw up with time outs, watch M burn clock, then hand it over to Zaveda who kicks a 21y FG to go up 13-10.

The rest of the game was boring as hell.

But just think that Michigan turned the ball over on downs inside ohio's 5 yard line and Warren's second pick was intended to a wide open receiver in the end zone. It coulda/shoulda been 27-10.

It’s hard to say which Michigan win over Ohio State is my favorite over the last 4 seasons… they all have something unique about it…

- 2021, Ohio State at Michigan. First time M got over the OSU hump in years. Haskins running all over the Buckeyes D in the snow. Mr. Brightside and all of the fans being on the field. I think this win has the most heart and is my favorite.

- 2022, Michigan at Ohio State. A more daunting task to prove that 2021 wasn’t a fluke. Big plays galore with The Don breaking free twice late to end the game.

- 2023, Ohio State at Michigan. The most meaningful game. Led to the championship. Zinter injury. Corum big TD run. Moore game ceiling INT. Claustrophobic thriller.

- 2024, Michigan at Ohio State. I would describe this one as a comedy. The worst Michigan team since maybe 2014 with exception of the 2020 COVID season. M didn’t have a competent QB. No Loveland and Johnson. +20.5 underdog. Michigan wins a gritty defensive game when they had no business winning. Just a LOL. It’s so embarrassing for Ryan Day.

Perhaps "planting the flag" should be outlawed by the NCAA.

I wouldn't have any problem with Michigan getting fined for their actions today. It will be paid by a deep-pocketed alumni anyway, so no harm will come to the school.

Then make a rule that "flag planting" will result in fines to the HC, and the school, and the players responsible will be suspended for at least one game.

But, .. of course, ... we'll have to let Ohio State "get even" first ... THEN we'll make a rule, .. right NCAA?

We're talking about Tony Titties here, who has already shown he has a hard-on for Michigan, and will not waste an opportunity to get them again. Moore may fined as well.

Without a rule that includes serious sanctions, its going to happen again.

I just hope that when it does, that some slackjaw cop doesn't pull a gun instead of a mace cannister.

Agreed on the flag planting. In general, IMHO displays of "we're going to take over this house" need to not happen, be it planting a flag or whatever. I'd be fine with the NCAA outlawing that stuff but, as someone else already said, they shouldn't have to. And if you're Michigan, why would you give your rival even a little bit of bulletin board material for next year? You just got your second win in Columbus since Bill Clinton was President. Just STFU go to the locker room and celebrate.
