Franklin has hired some good coordinators at least. Martindale is a total stinker. Kirk Campbell likely is too but it’s hard to know how much of the ineptitude on that side of the ball is due to Moore’s influence.

Warde is going to face a complicated situation at the end of the season regardless of M's record, bowl or not. The play of the offense and defense despite decent talent, not elite, but decent, represents stunning coaching failures.

M appears to have it's shit together with the portal and NIL and the recruiting classes of 2025 and 26 aren't bad. Recruiting is on track but given the utter incompetence within M's coaching staff, I don't trust Moore, et. al. to scout the portal productively to fill roster holes ala Cignetti then coach them up to be contributors right out of the gate or develop recruits to build back to a championship level for 2026/27. There's no way M can pull a Cignetti and turn M around with the guys on the coaching staff right now. We are truly into RR/Hoke trouble.

Warde isn't going to fire Moore but he can have a come to Jesus meeting with him and strongly suggest he figure out who needs to go - Campbell should be on the top of the list. He's way out of his league. Wink needs to go but contracts. Manuel and Moore can find and hire some help for Wink and if he doesn't like a co-coordinator roll, the door's that way.
