Someone was trying to convince me Orji gave our offense the best chance to win and his argument was his lack of turnovers. Orji has been lucky his awful passes were dropped by opposing defenses.

State isn't a powerhouse, so the score will probably be something like 23 - 10. M could get a rushing TD, I suppose.

Lots of turnovers, generally a poorly managed game. M's defense will be on the field a LOOONG time.

Would be shell shocked if turnover margin doesn’t determines the game. It’s a toss up.

MSU can play well (excluding vs Death Star Ohio State) when youngster Chiles isn’t turning the ball over. Then you have M’s Davis Warren with an INT problem when the first read isn’t there. Warren’s INTs led to this QB madness since week 3.

            Go Blue!
I hope M wins. It might help recruiting remain stable because it doesn’t seem like Sherrone Moore is going to lose his job… barring total collapse and evident chemistry issues. Such as if there would be rumors of the team giving up on the coaching staff in the future. Find a QB that gives M a 1% chance of beating the Buckeyes in a month. That’s the goal.

If the coaches knew how to utilize Orji properly, with the running game and big backs he could be a Braxton Miller type R/PO football. But these coaches have NO ability to improvise or change their coaching style to fit their talent. Urban Meyer they ain't!

The only path to victory I see for Michigan is for them to somehow find a way to manhandle the Spartan defense, (that will be expecting the run), and score lots of points on the ground. They cannot win thru the air. (USC game?)

I have no idea how they can win along the offensive line when 7 guys have to block 10.

I can understand why you'd think that some in here are sandbagging, but I'm definitely not. I wish I could sandbag this team.

Big game next week. We'll see if James Franklin can once again under utilize his talent causing them to underachieve. Pretty much like he always does. He has a worse record against OSU than Jim Harbaugh had.

Jayden Davis can maintain his redshirt status as long as he doesn't play in more than 4 games this year. I say put the kid in there and let's see what he can do.

Loveland wide open on 3rd down but Davis is so timid that he doesn't dare throw the ball.

Total domination and control by MSU in the 1st Q. Basically held possession for the entirety of the quarter. 135 MSU yards, 1 M yard. 13:21 possession time vs 1:29 possession time.

If there’s one bright spot for M, it’s only 0-7 despite that. Could be worse.

No respect for UM's passing game. All that's there is a little flat pass. How are you going to run on them.

Is M capable of throwing downfield and giving their WRs an opportunity to contest for a catch? With how opposing defenses are playing them, those 1 on 1 opportunities are there for the taking.

Yes. It’s like a whack a mole problem of why it can’t happen.
                                - QBs are incompetent.
                                - Coaching is braindead.
                                - OLine inconsistent.
                                - WRs not winning at times.
