And just as I praise the OC he calls a terrible PA on third and goal. JFC you can’t call that every single play.

All they had to do is say, "Jim, right or wrong, we are going to stand with you". "You are our head coach, and we believe everything you have worked so hard to accomplish, was well intended" "If the NCAA comes to a conclusion that you were wrong, we will still stand with you"
Had they done that, Harbaugh would have stayed. He never wanted to leave. His post-employment statements regarding the Lombardi trophy are his way of actually protecting Warde Manuel. Had Harbaugh stayed, there's no doubt in my mind that Michigan would be a better team today, and that he would have gotten a decent QB via the portal or a transfer. No doubt at all.
So if any M fan wants to blame someone for what you see against Illinois today, and the crap fest that is heading our way in the remainder of the season, it all falls at the doorstep of Warde Manuel and Santa Ono. This is what they wanted, instead of defending the best coach they've had since Schembechler.
They'd also likely still have Minter. They'd still have Jay Harbaugh. They'd have Ben Herbert. They'd still have Mike Hart.
All are gone. Congrats, Warde. You kept your "integrity", but you also own what's on the field today.
How does it feel to have a football team with no quarterback? This is even worse than the Rich Rod years, and I thought that was something I'd never say.

Liney, your take is crap. Sorry buddy. Harbaugh had been trying to leave for at least 3 years. He was all in on 2023 and win or lose, that was his last year at Michigan. I’m not a big Warde fan but Ono was borderline over the top in his support of Harbaugh. Jim had a contract on the table for like $12MM per year. He wouldn’t sign it. He wants to win a Super Bowl.
And if he were on the sideline this season, he’d still have the same stable of QBs we have today. Minter. LOL. He was in a minor league assignment to burnish his credentials for the NFL.
With the current landscape of CFB, anyone who can get to the NFL will do so. No recruiting, no portal, no classes, no NCAA… JUST FOOTBALL. Jim Harbaugh just wants to coach football.
