The way that teams carve us up like a turkey when the backup DTs are in does not give me much hope for the future. The recruiting shadow is going to hit us on defense next year the way that it his us this year on offense. We’re looking at a three or four year rebuild here.
Minny playing a better game. I feared this. Iowa getting 300 yards on the ground last week makes everyone think they were bad. Guess what, Iowa is miles better than UM on offense this year.

I’m surprised Minnesota hasn’t been more aggressive in selling out to stop the run. Make Orji and the Michigan WRs beat you. Load up the box.
That said, I think Orji has been a little better than last week. A handful of competent looking throws and pocket movement moments. Not ideal yet, but better than vs USC.
Still annoying to watch this team because they are so stupidly coached. Sherrone Moore and his new coaching staff. The little things that they continue to F up. The optimistic side of me wants to say it’s an inexperienced coaching staff, but come on… it’s 5 weeks of this.
Jim Harbaugh and his track record is legit. Night and day with the coaching.
