USC wins this one big. I'm thinking 38-17 or somewhere thereabouts.
It's shocking, really. Easiest $ of all time. Almost makes me want to take up sports gambling.

I haven't seen anything that makes me want to change my USC 27, Michigan 24 prediction. Moore claims that an Orgi offense has been installed and has been for a while. That's nice but I don't think the change in offense will have a big impact, if any at all. That's because M's offense, so far, with either QB under center has been clunky. With Orgi in last Saturday, coordinators, and I include Moore, failed to optimize his skill set or the skill sets of players around him.

I also don't think M's back end can handle USC's passing attack. I don't think it will be a blow-out loss but I can't see this staff, biased to the run game that it is, can run an RR style spread and shred which WOULD optimise Orgi's skill set and challenge USC's D.
Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.

Brian Ferentz also installed an offense at Iowa, too.

I'd be fine with that too. But ... Oregon 2007.

One faint hope for Michigan is that they are USUALLY very good in Big Ten home opener games. They've pulled a few upsets in those as well. But that was a long time ago, and in a different era of college football.

I still say USC wins this fairly easily.

                        I'm not even kidding.

See: M vs Oregon circa 2007 For those who need their memories refreshed it was Oregon 39-7 over Michigan, in Ann Arbor, and Belotti let off the gas in the 3rd.

Should be … interesting… to see what Orji can do today. Would feel more confident if this was an Alex Grinch USC defense, but Lincoln Riley finally canned his drinking buddy to improve his program.

Smart M would blitz less and feed Mullings. Finally win the turnover margin. That’s our hope today.

Miller Moss is already getting top 5 NFL draft pick buzz. Seems a little premature. I like him and thank his epic bowl game performance last year. Need to see more from Moss.

Hope the USC band and cheerleaders traveled to Ann Arbor. Best band and cheerleaders in college athletics. No doubt in my mind. Love the USC tradition as a non-fan of that program.

We all know what Orji will look like. It will be a mix of runs for 0-3 yards into 9 man fronts and missing badly on any pass over 5 yards down field. Tommy Doman’s leg might fall off today.

He looks like a linebacker who is trying to play quarterback.
