Harbaugh had hired an agent, same one as Tom Brady. Win or lose vs Tide I hope he goes to the NFL. No need to deal with all the college football BS.

Wiz made a post in response to one of my thousand word posts that said, "I need a hobby." AlabamAlum responded, "this is his hobby." AA is correct. My only regret is that I still have not honed my journalistic skills to be precise. Talent has been posting here and in the previous forum for longer than I have and that probably approaches two decades. I have always admired his precision writing that doesn't waste words to make his point.Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. Well, you're just not anywhere near as acerbic as Talent although I have seen you take on stupid, factually incorrect posts on occasion. Good show.Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. You can read the link to mgo's Rose Bowl preview from Brain ... or not ... I will summarize:- Michigan has to depart from who they have been this season.
- QBs need 15 planned runs.
- Alabama's DL has weaknesses in the middle. Attack that weakness. Stay on scheudle doing that and .....
- Run PA ..... a lot. Avoid third and long. UAT's edge rushers and CBs are elite and will feast on third and long tries
- Do not spy. That removes defenders who should be pressuring Milroe
- Did I mention this? ......Pressure Milroe. He will make mistakes if you're successful doing that.
- If Milroe sits in the pocket unmolested, he will kill you
KEY MATCHUP #1: HARBAUGH and MOORE vs USING YOUR WEAPONS.
KEY MATCHUP #2: HARBAUGH AND MINTER BEING SUPPER AGGRESSIVE V. MILROE AND NOT SITTING BACK AND REACTING TO HIM
I think they lose those 2 key match-ups. The tiger can't change his stripes. Sticking with UAT 34, Michigan 28.

I doubt that would work. The Nick has undoubtedly crafted a series of fake signs that he's used all year long just for occasions like this. Nobody outfoxes The Nick.
Bama 34
Mich 17
Wash 24

Harbaugh resigns as M's coach sometime around January 15, and takes the HC job at the Chargers. Signs a contract worth about 130 Million. The NCAA still punishes Michigan after its 'investigation' and places a pox on Harbaugh should he decide to ever return to the NCAA.
---
And somewhere:
Ryan Day grumbles about still being on 3rd base
Scott Frost is drinking beer
Urban Meyer is checking out co-eds
The NCAA is still looking for a smoking gun
Connor Stalions is doing contract work for the FBI and CIA
Wiz is trying to concoct a new BBQ wing recipe - and still hasn't figured out that oregano doesn't belong in it.
Jeff B is working on his next 3 paragraph missive on Michigan's running game
CGVT is getting ready to put lime on his lawn to keep neighborhood kids off of it.
Strangelove is secretly getting ready to become an Evangelical Christian, and vote for Trump

What is this?
Talent.jpg
Of course you know what it is. It's DATA! I love objective data.
"When Michigan plays Alabama today in the College Football Playoff semifinal, it will do so at a decided statistical disadvantage in at least one major metric. No team has ever won a national championship ranked outside the top 10 in the 24/7 Team Talent Composite. This year, Michigan ranks 14th and Alabama ranks first" (From mgo: Punt Counter-Punt
The author of "Counterpunt,", Internet Raj, has an interesting take on why predicting an outcome based on this metric is a fools errand.
Bama Links: Preview, The Podcast, FFFF Offense (chart), FFFF Defense (chart). Primer on Alabama switch D. Something's been missing from Michigan gamedays since the free programs ceased being economically viable: scientific gameday predictions that are not at all preordained by the strictures of a column in which one writer takes a positive tack and the other a negative one… something like Punt-Counterpunt. PUNT By Bryan MacKenzie @Bry_Mac If you hang out in Michigan Internet circles long enough, you’ll come to the conclusion that everyone has a favorite random astrophysics fact. The kind of thing you’ll throw out at parties or social gatherings with the slightest provocation. Things like “the observable Universe is 93 billion light years across despite being only 13.7 billion years old” or “the atmosphere of a neutron star is 4 inches high” or “because of gravitational lensing we once watched the same supernova four times over the course of several months.” Now, some of you will say this is nerdy, to which, shut up. My current favorite astrophysics factoid is this: it takes sunlight eight minutes to reach Earth from the surface of the sun… but it takes that same sunlight thousands and thousands of years to escape heart of the sun and reach its surface. You read that right. Light is generated in the core of the sun, and when it travels, it travels at the speed of light. But the core is astonishingly dense, and as a result the photons keep, in scientific terminology, bumping into shit. So they keep getting reabsorbed and reemitted in random directions, over and over again, like a caffeinated toddler in the world’s largest house of mirrors, until it happens to stumble upon an exit. Bottom line: the light you’re seeing right now is the result of the fusion of two hydrogen atoms into a helium atom millennia ago. Photon escaping the sun, or Semaj Morgan touchdown run? [After THE JUMP: Photons ranked by luck.]
BTW, both authors predict an M victory.
