1. M (for stealing 1/2 of 97)
2. Iowa (for their mere existence)
3. Minnesota (PJ Fleck is annoying as fuck)
4. Wisconsin (the legacy of Bert)
5. Penn State (nuff said)
6. Ohio (the legacy of Talent and DSL)
7. TIE with the rest. Just because I'm hateful. Maybe Rutgers the least since they've never beat UNL.
