Please support the Forum by using the Amazon Link this Holiday Season
Amazon has started their Black Friday sales and there are some great deals to be had! As you shop this holiday season, please consider using the forum's Amazon.com link (listed in the menu as "Amazon Link") to add items to your cart and purchase them. The forum gets a small commission from every item sold.
Additionally, the forum gets a "bounty" for various offers at Amazon.com. For instance, if you sign up for a 30 day free trial of Amazon Prime, the forum will earn $3. Same if you buy a Prime membership for someone else as a gift! Trying out or purchasing an Audible membership will earn the forum a few bucks. And creating an Amazon Business account will send a $15 commission our way.
If you have an Amazon Echo, you need a free trial of Amazon Music!! We will earn $3 and it's free to you!
Your personal information is completely private, I only get a list of items that were ordered/shipped via the link, no names or locations or anything. This does not cost you anything extra and it helps offset the operating costs of this forum, which include our hosting fees and the yearly registration and licensing fees.
Stay safe and well and thank you for your participation in the Forum and for your support!! --Deborah

Even somewhat tepid defenses have shut us down (See: Auburn, USF, Arkansas, 2023). The Bama D is solid. The Bama O is not, but even with that, they are one of my favorite Bama teams. The Chemistry of the Brotherhood has provided some synergy. That all comes crashing down when we line up vs M.
But, we beat LSU, Tennessee, Auburn, and Georgia this year so, you know, glass half full."The problem with quotes on the Internet is that it is sometimes hard to verify their authenticity." -Abraham Lincoln

The ONLY thing that gives me any inkling of hope is that the line has held steady despite the vast majority of $ going on Bama. The sharps seem to be in on Michigan early but most of the money wagered will happen between now and NYD. For now, though, it seems like the books are comfortable taking a position on the game.

I’ve placed $550 on Michigan -1.5.
-If Bama wins, losing the cash won’t even be a thought.
-If M wins by 2 or more, I have an extra $500 to ease the pain.
-Nightmare scenario: M wins 28-27 or some other 1-point score. Bama gets the L and I get an extra kick to the groin by losing $550 as a going away present."The problem with quotes on the Internet is that it is sometimes hard to verify their authenticity." -Abraham Lincoln

The correct play is HARBAUGH****** -21 at hugely inflated odds. Turn your $500 into $10,000. And it's a lock.Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?

I'm sticking with
Tide 34
Mich 17

Why should this year be any different? M historically plays awful on the WC, and terrible in the Rose Bowl.
All the distractions with Harbaugh and the NCAA will take its toll.
Nick is out to prove a point, and he's got the team with the right matchups to do it.
