I think whomever wins is going to be unbearable insufferable.

That's why I've decided not to watch the game. I'm not watching ohio people desecrate our stadium.

Crazy. It won't work. Guaranteed you'll peak.
Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.

It’s a total everything game for M. OSU has a chance to deal them a death blow. But, OSU isn’t going anywhere. Life will go on for them. M will not contend for awhile. This is it. Do or die.

If you are a speculator and student of the financial markets, you understand that the greatest buying opportunities are when the masses panic. For the last few days I've been watching videos and posts of the "experts". The overwhelming consensus seems to be that not having Harbaugh on the sidelines is enough to guarantee a victory for OSU. Next, there seems to be a consensus that a poor performance by JJ is somehow predictive of how he will perform tomorrow. I could go on and on. I may be 100 percent wrong but if I were a betting man on sporting events I would stake a higher percentage of my available trading capital betting on blue in this game than normal.

Dream on. How about third baseman and the deranged ohio nation? They've gone all in on this bullshit. Imagine how they'll react if they end up getting out-toughed AGAIN.

Maybe you've got nothing to worry about and maybe Michigan's player believe that their battleship has been sunk. But. as Max eluded to above, don't believe the shit that's been going around. Michigan should have lost to Illinois last year and Fields was supposed to be one one hit away from being decommissioned in 2019. The truth comes out in this game and the players know what's going on- and can't wait to smack that smug look off of CRDs face. Will that matter? Who knows?

I think talent correctly assesses osu's likelihood of losing to M avoiding the talking heads consensus of an osu win and a death blow to M.

I've read most of the worthwhile analysis of both teams likelihood of winning. I like M's chances. There's a ton of subjective BS hyping osu.....it's the the media trend to pile on the M cheaters so, there is that influencing the narrative for this game.

              Credible analysis favors M.

I’m correct about tomorrow and much further into the future.

Considering how deranged you've been for the past month, it's surprising that you know that tomorrow is a Saturday.

Well, he has correctly predicted an M win. Credit where credit is due. I don't much care about the future.....for now.

No way you manage that Liney. You can’t risk the chance of seeing a glorious victory! This one’s a tossup boys! Go Blue!

I don’t think so Talent. Although M will lose some to the NFL, we played a lot of backups in the cupcake games that looked pretty good and got a ton of experience. Yes, possibly the NCAA will have some sort of fine, but I give us a good chance to win at least 10 games next year. Even if Harbaugh jumps ship, we have the home grown talent to replace him. Might not win the Big 10 next year, but we will be in the hunt.

                        • Lots of opposing fans are hoping that Michigan is going to get death penalty type punishment. I doubt the NCAA will go that far.

They'll make it tough for Harbaugh to stay, by heaping punishment on him AND on U-M if they insist on keeping him. Getting rid of Harbaugh is the real objective here. If Brady Hoke was still the coach, the NCAA wouldn't be coming after Michigan nearly as hard as they are now.

                          I guess we'll see.

                          • For this game, its appropriate to put the cheating narrative that's followed Michigan around for the last two weeks aside. First, because it should have no impact on this contest. Second, because it represents a shameful failure of adult leadership in the B10 Conference to recognize an attempted take-down, based on circumstantial evidence and speculation, of the 2023 version of Michigan football. I turn my back on all of it.

Why is it important to win this game for both osu and M? Because after it's over, the winning team will pro-actively control the narrative, the loser's story in all of this will recede into unimportance. That's it and my last comment on this sordid episode in CFB...... for today, anyway.

Think about this in the context of the import of The Game. It marks the end of the regional and conference organization of CFB. Division One will completely reorganize such that this is the last edition of The Game forever. FOREVER. I'm not sure legacy fans are going to like the changes. I know my interest level in M football specifically and CFB in general is waning. A lot of it has to do with the obscene amount of money that is driving so many aspects of the game. The intrusion of commercial interests that interrupt the game broadcast for upwards of 30% of it is a big one for me. The TV and in game experience has been diminished by it. This version of The Game is probably the last regular season game that I'll involve myself in and follow as closely as i have done that sort of thing for a long time.

For me, and I'm sure many other M fans, M football has been a part of our lives and who we are. Outsiders don't understand this. Even though we try to separate ourselves from it so it doesn't alter our relationships, daily routines and attention to important matters it's difficult to do. I'll be sad that the excitement that I experience every week during the CFB season before Michigan plays on Saturdays will end or at least be curtailed. Best to end it with a win.

                              • Stanford Steve (the new Bear guy on College Gameday that sucks at making picks) picked Ohio State to win.

Thank goodness. That slightly raises my confidence about the game.
