Not good. I was way off about predicting this game.
M’s OT situation is a disaster. It’s also the first time where you could start to question the defense with three straight MD TDs.
If there’s any hope, the 2022 Illinois at M game was a thriller. Same point in the schedule prior to the OSU game.

Was Karsen Barnhart this bad in pass protection prior to last week or did this come out of nowhere? He seemed kinda quiet prior to the Penn State game. All of a sudden getting destroyed off the edge. Maybe he’s fighting through an injury… no idea!

He's (Barnhardt) gotten far worse but he wasn't good earlier in the year, he was getting initial lock-on but the last couple games he's struggling to even slow anyone down.

31-24 is your final. The 1,000th victory in Michigan football history was ugly as hell. Michigan's offense seems to be breaking down at the worst possible time, and the defense had its worst game of the season. The only positive I can take from this one, besides the win, is that Michigan got points from the defense and special teams on a day they desperately needed them. Great teams find a way when things aren't going well, and Michigan found a way today.

Waited a couple of days after the disaster that was Thursday last week to post. Wanted something good to happen. It happened today v. Maryland. 1000 wins

JJ, Henderson, Hinton, Barrett, Wilson all dinged. That's not good...... but it's late in the season so, to be expected.

It may be a struggle to watch next week's game. Is there a wedding or funeral I can escape to. Maybe go to the mall and get lost for a few hours. It will save me from more frustration and angst following this team. OSU is just better at this point. And no Harbaugh to rally them from a total beat down.
