He called the PSU game exactly the way he should have. PSU was loaded for bear to come after McCarthy in the pocket, so he abandoned the pass, and decided to run. He had the lead, and PSU wasn't doing anything on offense. Worked great, IMO.

This week, I think we'll likely see a few more passes.

Note to Sherrone Moore. Call a more balanced game plan on Saturday. Something more in line with 50/50 balance. Give something for OSU to think about the following weekend.

The playcalling mix worries me less than how Barnhardt got whipped so badly. So badly that he singlehandedly turned us into Army.

When you play better competition you find out weaknesses that weren't apparent when playing Indiana, Sparty, Rutgers, etc. M's offensive line allowing defensive linemen in the backfield without being touched has to be fixed, and/or compensated for. Buckeyes are putting their best pass rushers wherever Barnhardt is in two weeks.

Yeah I just hope that now that he has faced some great speed rushers, he can adjust his blocking or we can give him some help with the RBs sometimes. We are going to need a great drop back passing game and play action to beat OSU.

We're going to need to cover Marvin Harrison like a blanket in order to have a chance to win.

He's like velcro around the ball. Get it hear him and he catches it. And he scores a lot too. I'm more concerned about him than I am about O's defense.

Why is it sandbagging to state the truth? Harrison is the best WR in the country. I think he's winning the Biletnikoff award. The guy is a beast.

I think M can move the ball against O's defense, although not as easily as some think.
