You know.. Absolutely nobody has given any consideration to giving Harbaugh a chance to explain what happened. He knows better than anyone, but is constrained by NCAA and Big Ten rules. I saw him in a WXYZ Channel 7 interview yesterday, and you could tell by his body language that he's itching to tell his part of the story. N.O.B.O.D.Y. else is interested in giving him that opportunity. I want to hear his side, even if that's not a popular idea.
I see this as a plausable, if not likely scenario of what happened:
Stalions contacted someone within the program to let them know that he'd figured out a way to read opponents signs and hand signals. This information was passed on to Harbaugh, who likely sat down with Stalions, to see what he had to offer. Stalions gave a presentation of how to read the signs/signals, and compare it with what was actually run on the field, and it impressed Harbaugh.
Here's the good part, that I choose to believe, instead of what the haters want
I believe that Harbaugh probably told Stalions to go ahead and run with the plan, but told him that there are NCAA rules on gathering this information, and told him not to violate the rules. But, he told him as long as the information was gathered within the rules, he was on board.
Stalions was successful in gathering the information, and passed it on. At some point, Stalions, without Harbaugh's approval, decided to go into 'spy man' mode, and got people to help him gather live information at games, bought their game tickets and so on. I don't believe that Harbaugh knew that Stalions went this far. Sorry, that's what I choose to believe until proven otherwise.
That would explain the laminated cards on the sidelines, and the campus trips, and all that nonsense.
And no, I don't think that was Stalions ON THE SIDELINES AT SPARTAN STADIUM. They have stadium security there. Whomever that is, had a field pass, issued by Sparty. Stalions managed to fanagle a field pass at Spartan Stadium?? LOL!!! Shame on Spartan Stadium security.

Auntie Susie-Jo starts driving a Cadillac Escalade when Johnny Rocketarm signs with University J.. even though she's never held a job in her life.
Momma Margaret is suddenly taking a trip to Hawaii after Michael BigButt signs with University C
but NIL allows them to do that now!!!!!!!!!

And nobody else is cheating except Michigan.
