Nice pocket movement by JJ there. As Chris Simms suggested, starting to see little signs of ascension out of the talented QB with a year more of experience.
McCarthy was definitely over the LOS and I'm not sure why it wasn't called back. Only thing I can think of is maybe there's a NCAA thing about beginning his throwing motion AT the line of scrimmage before releasing. Maybe Wiz can shed some light on it. I wouldn't have complained if they called it back. ECU fans are screaming "hometown", and they may be right.
They probably didn't call it back because there might have been a milimeter of the heel of his shoe still on the LOS and you couldn't tell from the angle.
Peacock with a sports coverage first -- missing an entire play because they were busy showing a play from last year three times. I'm so glad that I'm paying extra to watch these incompetent retards show me commercials and replays from last year instead of football.
And sheesh, how many times am I going to see the same damn commercials. I think they’ve only got about ten total on repeat and repeat. Peacock sucks. So glad I’ll be in the stadium next week.
We have 2 carries that went for 58 yards and then 10 carries that have gone for 3. Running game has to get it figured out. B1G teams won't let us get 11.3 yards per pass attempt.
McCarthy 12-13 for 147 yards. He looks more accurate than last year so far.
If you pause the game you can't fast forward through these shitty commercials either. I have never been so pro-piracy in my life as now. Fuck these people.

- Look at your phone.
- Play with dog.
- Chat.
- Get up and clean/ chores.
Luckily we don’t live in a “Black Mirror”-like society where you MUST watch the commercials to get access to a product. Not quite yet… that could be the future though with technology.
ECU looks like they have no talent on offense. Defense maybe, but offense -- nothing. It's going to take a bust or two or a turnover for them to score on our first string defense.
