I think M is better under JJ...I think your D is solid but maybe not quite as good without Hutch...UGA did lose some big defensive talent but my God they are talented and deep. Might be a little closer this year...but I'd still take UGA and lay up to 14. Beyond 14 I wouldn't take the bet though.

Scary? No. Purdue back to Joe Tiller and 5 other coaches after him have featured CFB crappe as their ace in the hold card. They welcomed playing unprepared top 5 teams, at home or on the road that took Purdue for granted and then got trick played into a loss. I feel confident that M is not going to take Jeff Brohm and Purdue for granted. And I'm even more confident, based on 2022 results, that they wont get trapped into falling for high leverage trick plays. An important lesson on taking teams for granted was learned when Bret Bielema brought his Illinois team to AA, Chase Brown was actually healthy rushing for nearly 150 yards and the Illini D out punched M, nearly winning that game.Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.

Lot's of examples of teams that really had no business winning their CCG...1996...#2 Nebraska upset by Texas...1998 #1 KSU upset by Texas A&M...2003 #1 OU upset by KSU...Alabama over Florida (twice...1999 and 2009)...Michigan State over Ohio State in 2013...LSU over Tennessee in 2001...Shut the fuck up Donny!
