M should cover 30.5 if all the starters were healthy. They are not. Harbaugh will be doing a lot of resting starters the entire game - that means on the OL Hayes and Keegan, at receivers Wilson and Schoonmaker, at RB Corum + other players who are already out. The 2s and 3s have played pretty well in rotation now they'll probably get beyond that if not starting. That is going to limit the offensive scoring.

Nebraska has lead most of their games early. I expect a repeat of that based on circumstances and the usual fuck hollering on this threat that will follow a neb first half or half time lead. I also think M will score in the low 30s but hold the huskers under 100 yards rushing and in the neighborhood of under 200 yards total. As has been the scenario in all of M's conference games, the opponent will hit on CFB crappe, maybe a chunk pass play or two and get 7-10 points out of that kind of football. M will dominate the first half on the stat sheet but not the score. True to form, they'll come out firing in the 3rd quarter to open up a lead and McCarthy will sit by the start of the 4th limiting the total final score.
