Not surprising. Harbaugh simply will not disclose any medical information about players. There is, of course, HIPAA but the sharing of medical information is the players choice - just like any new patinet joining a practice for care - and there are documents they would sign regarding health information stating precisely who can get it and what can and can't be released. That he posted a picture of him being prepped for likely knee surgery tells us he's fine with the public knowing about that and squelching talk either way .... on his terms.

I believe it is under the FERPA umbrella, not HIPAA, since JH is not a provider.
