This is an easy cover. Like I said, I think the line should be 28' -- Indiana is a terrbile team. I mean, TERRIBLE. Well, wait...they're way better than some teams M has played...but, they are still terrible.Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?
Brady Hoke: You know.....not....good.

I DO expect Indiana to throw a lot of trick plays at Michigan. They have nothing to lose. That would be right up Allen's alleyI don't always roll a joint, but when I do, its usually my ankle

The DB/LB's were out a position - confused where to be a few time vs Maryland (one play resulted in a TD) , but much better vs Iowa. I must say that was one (if not the best) road discipline opening B10 game under Harbaugh. That first drive was perfect, how many times did we used to see false starts, offside ect... on the first series.

Jesse Minter's defenses, along with Don Brown and Mike Macdonald before him, disguise who's coming and the players have to get the play call and know who's doing what. M has a rep for having complex defenses that good OC's can take advantage of with tempo. This isn't something knew. Over the last several years, it appears to me that the coaches have done an increasingly better job of teaching the players what is expected of them whne substitutions occure and they frequently do. Tempo has become incrementally less of a problem. Still, you'll get the occasional WTF and you can see it coming but it is, IMO, not anywhere near as bad as it was when these complex styles of defense first emerged at M and throughout CFB.Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.
