I hope you're right, Tom. I'd love to see a dominating Michigan win. But, .. Harbaugh.

        Well, yeah.

But, coach is actually winning nowadays, so the !!!! are starting to prove true.

He's not likely to win a NC, but he's got M playing good ball.

M up to 20 over Maryland now. Seems like the books were getting too much money on the Turtles at 16.5.....eh, Terps
Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.

I think Harbaugh now has his quarterback. I’d say something like 48-13 Michigan.

I've been scouring the internet for a good write up on Maryland's football team. I always read and like BronxBlue's, "Best and Worst" DIary entry at mgo. This is good and comports in a unified way what I've picked up piecemeal about the Terps:

......... the Maryland Terrapins are 3-0 after beating SMU. It wasn’t a good game by Maryland but it’s September so they didn’t blow it in the end. They still committed 15 penalties and had 2 lost fumbles, but Taulia threw for 214 yards and 2 TDs, ran for 51 more, and did that thing where he kept plays alive long enough for his talented receivers to get open downfield. I expect Maryland to move the ball against Michigan somewhat consistently; I also expect them to turn it over a couple of times and make dumb decisions. As for their defense, they gave up 520 yards and only forced 1 punt and 2 turnover on downs; the rest of the Mustang drives ended with a score or a TO. That’s a real feast-or-famine approach to defending teams and my guess is it doesn’t hold up against the Wolverines. This will be a game where we hear grumbling about the defensive line not demolishing people and some guys getting open but much like last season it probably won’t matter because Michigan will just keep scoring.

I think a lot of M fans are going to be grumbling in the 3rd quarter because Michigan doesn't have 40+ point lead.

But, it sounds like M should be able to move the ball and score whatever points they need to win.

Problem is, Maryland will likely hang around within striking range deep into the 2nd half.

Maryland shouldn't put up much resistance, 20 point spread sounds about right. 38-17, something like that. Turtles can hit big plays and I'm not yet sold on our defense till we play a capable offense.

I don't think M will cover this one, first real game and I would be shocked to see JJ run the ball - unless the game is on the line. 33-21

Hopefully JJ is not out there for all four quarters.

I watched the Twerps-SMU game. Unimpressed against with either their O or D....or SMU's. Tagovailoa is their only weapon, bottle him up and they're done. This game should be over at halftime.
I don't watch Fox News for the same reason I don't eat out of a toilet.
