Same rules; guess every B1G team's regular season wins. If you predict 2 wins for Sparty they win 4 regular season games, you've 2 points. The lowest points win; the entry deadline is 1 pm ET on Saturday of M's first game (week 1). The winner gets bragging rights for eternity, for better or worse no tiebreaker so potential for multiple winners.
Preferred format:
Michigan (win total goes here)
Ohio State
Penn State
Michigan State
Indiana
Maryland
Rutgers
Some of you are a lot higher on Purdue than I am. Oh crap, that sentence might sound like sandbaggery. Couple quick thoughts:
- Iowa having a competent QB goes A LONG ways. There was a time when some people actually liked Brian Ferentz (not me) … he gains a little respect back with McNamara leading the way.
- NW will just be a dumpster fire outside of their 2 gimme wins IMO.
- Purdue has too many pick ‘em games on the schedule to compete for the West again. With an inexperienced and young coaching staff, they might need time. I find it interesting that Purdue will have competency in its defensive coaching for the first time in years. Ryan Walters’ impressive history of producing DBs with low star recruits. Hoping Hudson Card can stay healthy at QB. Last time that Purdue had a buzz-worthy transfer QB was Robert Marve. Disappointing memories of Marve always getting injured… 6-6!

As Defending Champion, it's about time for my picks:
Michigan (11) - the top three will play keepaway somehow.
Ohio State (11)
Penn State (10)
Maryland (8) - I always say they will make a statement, and will continue to do so. They will find a way to take down one of the Big three, but lose to someone like Nebraska.
Michigan State (4) - Tuck will be coming to Corvallis or Tempe next year
Rutgers (4)
Indiana (2)
-
Wisconsin (10) Fickell will have this wrapped up before Thanksgiving
Iowa (8)
Illinois (8)
Minnesota (8) the Boat will get there by beating Wisky after they clinch it.
Nebraska (7) Ruhl will get a couple of the breaks that Frosty never got.
Purdue (4)
Northwestern (2)
