All of that has been correct, but I think the current crew running things has been much better. It remains to be seen if the current crew will have success but I'm more encouraged than the last 20 years of people running things. From Millen to Quinn, I was a parade of incompetent people. There were warning signs on those guys early on in every tenure that I haven't seen yet. But until they do it, they deserve heavy skepticism. The only somewhat competence with the decision makers they ever showed was in the 90s.

Part of being competent is not overthinking things and taking some alleged higher ceiling player than the guy right in front of you.
