          Nothing earth shattering here but it is a good recap of events leading up to the BIG's sanctioning of the U Friday afternoon and the strengths and weaknesses of each legal team's arguments. There's a shit ton of feelings ball opinions coming from the M fan's side. None of that matters. The court doesn't care if you are outraged, threaten to leave the conference or other silly takes I've seen floating around.

          It's 9:25 am out here where I am located in the eastern tropical Atlantic (near the Azores). I've been able to keep up with the emerging story this morning.

          I thought the Slate piece was balanced:

          Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.
