Here's the link to the Twitter Post from M that contains the Harbaugh statement.
The wording leaves the door open and what Harbaugh, more likely his agent on details of a contract, President Santos and Warde Manuel "talked" about isn't disclosed.
My guess is that Harbaugh put form to what he wanted his agent to present to the M deciders and his agent drew up specifics. He'll get a raise along with the "incentives" already in his current contract for winning the BIG East, the BIG itself and advancing to the CFP.
Something to do with admissions, the portal and NIL is a possibility but I doubt anything there will change.Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. Michigan has received its notice of allegations from the NCAA for Level I and II violations, per Nicole Auerbach. The Level I violation is the most concerning, as it is alleged that Jim Harbaugh provided false and/or misleading information to the NCAA about recruiting contacts during the COVID-19 dead period.
