The long term deal for Harbaugh is our penance for being so mean to Lloyd Carr at the end of his career. Oh yeah, and also Jim Hermann. We never realized how great we had it.

You're WAAAAY overestimating the opponents on next year's schedule and heavily undervaluing Michigan there, Liney.

Michigan will be fine. It's a tall order to expect them to run roughshod in Columbus like they did in A2 last year, but let's save the chicken little talk until Maryland beats them at the end of September. Then, maybe we can just concede the inevitable loss at Kinnick the next week, followed by the humiliation at Bloomington, getting outcoached (again) by Franklin, getting owned (again) by Tucker, a resurgent Rutgers venting their frustration, and, finally, Frost getting his final say on 1997.

MAYBE we'll beat Illinois.. at least there's that.

It'll be just like 2021 was supposed to be..
