I have no idea why Ric Flair likes Michigan so much.

This whole sign stealing thing is like everyone on the planet hypocritically raging over someone driving 56 MPH. Cue WIz, "everybody does it"...... which it's established they do. To what extent appears to vary. The NCAA has made a confusing effort to bound the extent to which obtaining signs is allowed.
Everyone involved seems to be tight lipped about what the Big is going to do. Rumors and speculation range from doing nothing until "the NCAA investigation concludes" to Petitti taking advantage of his authority to unilaterally punish "unsportsmanlike conduct" with a maximum of a 2 game suspension - I'm told that he can obtain authority for more suspensions by obtaining consensus of Big Ten University presidents for it.
One thing I'm reasonably certain of is that Michigan is prepared to file a TRO should the Big Ten impose any punishments this week. You've seen the arguments a claimant filing a TRO must successfully make before a judge. How successful Michigan will be in that endeavor is TBD.
I'm not going to try to defend or condemn the principals involved any further. I'll wait to see what happens this week. If the Big does act and imposes penalties, I'll wait for the outcome of the TRO filing assuming that actually happens. I thought the Ono letter to Petitti made it abundantly clear M will act to defend it's interests. I don't get why talent is so gleeful about "getting Harbaugh to testify under oath." Why would anyone get giddy about this? He's already told the truth and will certainly repeat that truth, under oath and before a judge if it comes to that.
Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.

That was before they found out Ryan Walters had his Google spreadsheet and was giving all Michigan plays to the B10 cheating against Michigan. Petitti didn't want any of this his first year and now that old fuck Jim Delany is advising him, what a joke? Petitti has to do something so its already (?) heh 2 games for Harbaugh OK and ONO is on speed dial with a Judge. This will save Petitti from he didn't do anything mob, though he shouldn't as the NCAA has said Harbaugh had no connection.
And when did the NCAA act so fucking fast? Then find absolutely nothing? If they did Harbaugh would be toast.

So I watched Charles Woodson being interviewed on the Rich Eisen show. Scuttlebutt is that both Rutgers and OSU provided Purdue with UM's signs and plays prior to the B10 championship last year.. Based on the presumed guilty standard they should both be investigated too by the NCAA and disciplined by the B10, nes pas?

He is giddy because he is hoping Michigan has to vacate the wins in the last two seasons.
Turns out Ohio and Rutgers gave Michigan's signals to Purdue for last season's championship game. And again last week.
Petitti should just mandate helmet communication in all B10 games from here on, and the SEC will follow the next day.
