What about the children? They could get the sniffles and spread it through schools and we will have to stock up on tissue paper.. perhaps running out. There will be chaos!

        • I don't know who is going to win this game. Michigan was playing very well at the end of the season and has the 'grit' factor. Georgia is more talented overall but is stumbling their way into the championship with their loss to Alabama. However, I feel like I'm playing with house money here. Michigan's season has so overachieved what we expected. With a decisive win over OSU and a Big Ten Championship, everything after is just gravy. I'll be happy just seeing them play in the 'postseason'. Sure, if they win the Big 10 championship twice in the next 4 years I might have higher expectations. But right now, its been an amazing season already. Go Blue! Beat them dawgs.

              Totally agree.

Michigan can't do anything tonight that would disappoint me for the overall season. They've achieved nearly all (save for a bad officiating error) of their objectives this year, and anything beyond the Big Ten CG is a bonus. I've enjoyed this season, and if they lose tonight, it doesn't dim what has been accomplished this year.

I hope Michigan can give the Dawgs a 4-quarter fight and represent well. An upset is a possibility. But nothing takes away from what they've done this year. If Michigan loses, I'm sure all the experts will line up in front of cameras and microphones and talk about how other teams belonged in the playoffs, and will attempt to diminish what Michigan did this year. All of that will be hogwash of course, and we all know the truth.

When this matchup was announced, I made Georgia a 7-10 point favorite. I don't think anything has happened in the meantime that changes that.

I’m pretty sure that virtually none of the “experts” will say that anybody else deserved to be in the playoff instead of Michigan. Who else deserves to be there? Notre Dame?

Maybe they’ll get their doors blown off and we’ll get another SEC championship game. And, as Hanni stated, that’s really getting boring.

                  • My only concern is how much fuel UGA got from the media dissing them ad nausem. Especially ESPN, they were nothing but a Harbaugh pimp-fest.

                          • Did Michigan try and prepare for this game? Georgia is doing to M what M did to OSU.

                              • M isn't going to be able to run the ball, not between the tackles for sure.
