Turned out to be worth 4 points (M would not have got a FG at end of half). And that’s assuming Sparty does nothing when they get ball back. But, 37-37 is interesting. M is punting with 4 minutes left instead of going for it.

But, by and large, I haven’t a clue how they lost that game.

Yeah, since M did get the FG, that was just a net of 4 missed points, though. Sparty would have had the ball and almost 2 minutes, so it could have ended up a wash.

Michigan's passing game was awesome, they took Western Kentucky's gameplan and ran it to a T offensively.

The one key thing about that strip sack TD is it was the only time they put in the second unit offensive line. Hutchinson immediately started feasting on that unit. Thankfully they stopped doing that. I thought it was a fumble/TD.
