You can't blow anybody out if you can't punch it in from inside the 3.

M makes football really hard for themselves. Their red zone scoring efficiency is awful. This game could easily be 21-7 - M's dominating the first half stats but a defensive bust and poor red zone play turns out to be costly.
Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.

This the kind of game that Harbaugh will turtle on. It could turn out to be the kind of game that M allows a weaker opponent to hang around and win.

17 first downs to 3. 267 to 113 total yards. This is about as close as a game can be after being this lopsided.

Well, at least Oklahoma is losing to Kansas 0-10 in the beginning in the 3rd Q. Now that I mention it, Oklahoma probably wins comfortably.
Illinois vs Penn State is close too.

Sleepy college football Saturday for some top teams. We’ll see if any of these scores hold…

                    Well, one thing for sure.

Michigan's defense hasn't forgotten how they played in the 2020 season.

This should be no worse than 21-0 right now.

Maybe the 2021 team will show up in the 2nd half.

17-7. Corum, again. The defensive penalties helped, and Michigan gets a much-needed touchdown.

Michigan turns away Northwestern's most consistent drive of the day. Still 17-7, but Michigan got worked on the edges there.

Michigan's special teams makes another play, as Cornelius Johnson blocks a punt.
