It's not worse than App State but it's the worst loss since then. 62-39 is close but this was worse. Sparty is a total shitshow.
You do realize that "little brother" has never given up a 60 burger to OSU? That one was a fire-able offense, and yet they still have the same HC and DC 2 years later.
That playcalling...wow. Not just the last drive, but all game.
Does anyone know if Will Hart was coached to punt short this game? I can't imagine the former Big Ten Punter of the Year losing his touch just like that.
I could think of a million things to say about this game today, but I'll just keep it short.
This is the new acceptable standard for Michigan football. Its acceptable to constantly lose to OSU. Its acceptable to continue to lose games to inferior MSU teams.
I started to get angry about the outcome of today's game, but then I remembered. This is the acceptable standard of performance for Michigan football.
Why should we get upset about it? Its not our fault. The people on State Street who make the decisions don't care about what we feel in here. They've got their man in Coach Harbaugh, and they believe he's doing a fine job. Nothing I say, will change anything. No matter how angry I allow myself to be, .. nothing will change on State Street. Because, .. this is the new acceptable standard for Michigan football.
I'm going to pour myself a cold beverage, .. call in a take out order from my favorite BBQ joint, and enjoy the rest of my day.
I refuse to be upset about this. I'll always root for Michigan, but for now, I will treat them like I treat the Detroit Lions. Good if they win, .. but no skin off my nose if they lose.
I'm not to blame for what has happened on State Street. I refuse to feel bad about it. Its not my doing.

My corner back just got beat badly, let's not change up coverage. My corner gets toasted again, let's not give them help. My corner holds the receiver to not get embarrassed again. Don Brown needs to go.

yeah I don't disagree. But picking the worst loss of the Harbaugh era is like trying to pick out the world's ugliest feminist.
lineygoblue, it's hard to argue with what you say.
Afterall, this is a team that still has the same HC and DC 2 years removed from the most embarrasing display on National TV in the HISTORY of Michigan Football - against your arch-rival no less?. The following year OSU essentially shuts it down to keep from repeating it?
The offensive issues I can blame on horrible execution from a new QB, mostly new receivers, and mostly new offensive lineman. Don Brown has some talent to work with and is not giving his corners, the teams glaring weakness, any support from his safeties.
It's not in OSU's best interest to completely disgrace their rival, but I'd be hard pressed to see this defense hold OSU under 70 if they really wanted to rub UM's nose in it. They are an open book that never changes the page. The equivalent of the Lions offenses the last few years, everyone knows what they are going to do before the snap.
