We know that Juwan Howard can recruit lights out when times are good. Now we'll see if he can recruit when times aren't good.
We know that he's not a bum, but I am developing doubts about whether he has the chops to maintain a program long term. I think that we're paying the price right now for that ''21 recruiting class being a total bust.Comment

It's really difficult as a fan to care a lot about CBB when the entire roster seems to change year to year. If someone does pan out, they're gone after a single season. At least in football they have to be in college for 3 years so there's an actual attachment between the players, university, and fans. Basketball has just gone total mercenary to the point the coaches have to cobble together a new roster every year and simply hope it all gels in time for a tourney run at the end of the season. Rinse and repeat. It's just AAU ball with "college" written on the front of the jersey.Comment
