Yeah, well, I'm guessing Sound of Freedom has spent about $150M less on marketing than Disney did on Indy 5, so worldwide isn't going to work for them....yet. But -- and this is really important -- to the extent any fucktwat believes this is some sort of right/left movie -- the ginormous SECOND weekend gain is a slap in the face. It's not, as some on the left suggested, pumped up because of Fourth of July numbers.
I really haven't a clue how or why anyone could see this as a political movie. But, remarkably, a lot of people do. And then that creates a reaction and then more people do. And original shit-posting and shit-writing had absolutely nothing to do with the actual movie.
