Every fucking rumor about a coach coming to town starts with the unsubstantiated claim that the new coach's wife is looking for a home at the new sight. Man you people are not only sad sack fans who may as well never watch another game, but are also idiots for reporting such idiotic rumors. I gotta ask myself why you even bother. Take a lesson from Jeff and disconnect. Wolverine nation doesn't need or want your shit.

Now, who's going to be Michigan's next coach?
Tom Brady.
He's selling his house in Mass. ... and his trainer is selling HIS house in DC.... after all he can't come to Michigan without his trainer ....
His wife was seen in a local coffee shop in Boston this week, and as she was walking in, she was holding a Real Estate guide of the Ann Arbor area.
How can it be anything else?
Bank on it.

Well, Brady IS selling his house, and his trainer IS selling his own house in Washington DC. The most reasonable explanation being that Brady may be getting ready to retire. Adam Schefter on ESPN thinks Brady may be getting ready to test the free agent waters, but I think that's ridiculous. Why in the world would he leave the Patriots? To win a Championship? His best chance is with the Patriots and Belichick.
No, Gisele Bundschen was not spotted carrying a Ann Arbor area Real Estate guide. I made that one up myself. Its the same rumor attached to Harbaugh before he came to Michigan. Sarah Harbaugh was supposedly spotted in Ann Arbor with a realtor, looking at houses.

This, meanwhile, most definitely IS the America I know and love. Brian is not everyone's cup of tea, and emoblogger is just one part of a balanced football-media diet, but my god how wonderful this is. Increases the quality of our suffering.

Harbaugh shoots down the latest "Harbaugh to the NFL" rumors in a letter to parents of players he's recruiting.
Jim Harbaugh refuted a Football Scoop report that suggested he is putting out feelers for a return to the NFL.
Dang. I guess that Brady will have to find another team to coach ....

The Harbaugh to the NFL rumor is pathetic. Glad he's jumping in to quash it personally. And no, this isn't another coach, like some we know of that do this, lying about his true intentions.Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.

I have no idea the rumor has any truth, but I get a kick out of this line:
By the way, I don't even have an "agent or representative."

I've had feelings to where I've wanted to see Harbaugh gone, but as the weeks go on, I'm less and less in favor of that.
Harbaugh is a good man, and specifically he's a good man for the overall health of this program. There will be no NCAA problems as long as he's at the helm. He may piss off the NCAA, but that's fine with me, because there are a ton of OSU grads within that organization, and he's making them mad, he's doing at least one of the things he was hired for. Harbaugh won't be leading Michigan into "probation-land". And that's a good thing.
I wanted to see more in the areas of championships, or at least playing for a championship, but its not going to happen any time soon.
And, .. cue the catcalls ...

If Harbaugh were to go to the NFL, this would be the time. Its very rare that the NFL hires older coaches, he is at that threshold. He's 55, its not ancient but its limiting in my mind. Pete Carroll went back pretty late in the game, but that dude is like a manic, high energy crazy person. He's going to want a big contract and say in personnel, that in itself may keep him at Michigan.
But having an informal representatives sending out feelers, you would be crazy to think it doesn't happen.
