Far be it from Michigan football to give Ohio players the 'rona. We must be good neighbors at all costs. Even if it costs us a 'no contest'. Safety first."The stockings were hung by the chimney with care, .. I'd worn them for weeks, and they needed the air"

We must cancel the season. If we err, it must be on the side of safety. As Governor Whitmer has stated many times, we must do everything possible to be safe.
Football is not a priority. Safety is a priority.

I just saw a note on "Michigan Football HQ" on Facebook saying that football operations will resume on Tuesday. Seems all the tests they were concerned about were false positives.
I'm trying to find more information from a more reliable source.
EDIT: As of Tuesday at 3:30 pm I could not verify the Michigan Football HQ statement.Last edited by lineygoblue; December 1, 2020, 03:29 PM."The stockings were hung by the chimney with care, .. I'd worn them for weeks, and they needed the air"

According to Angelique Chengelis, the U-M beat writer from the Detroit News, all in-person football operations at Michigan are still suspended as of today. (Tuesday)
No further word as to the status of Saturday's game with Maryland.
