  • Good. Did not want more inflated Shea numbers from terrible throws.

    • Wisky has been playing assassin since the second quarter. Milton just might be the only decent quarterback come November.

      • It is borderline criminal negligence that Michigan is only figuring out now that the offense needs to run through Collins, Black, Peoples-Jones, and Bell. Of course, with tackle play like this, there won't be much offense even if Michigan tries to get them the ball on every play.

        • Correct.

Just look at the faces of the receivers. Sad faces looking down. Don't blame them.
Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.

          • Ok, so maybe Joe Milton sucks.

            • So, Patterson looks injured. McCaffrey will be held out precautionarily. Milton appears to be next week's starter.

              I'll be in Seattle.

              Won't be watching.

              Fuck it.

              • Finding fault in this game, to borrow from Apocalypse Now, is like handing out speeding tickets at the Indy 500. Enough said.

                • 35-14 is your final. Michigan made a statement-- that they're not nearly good enough to compete with a quality team. The margin probably should have been worse.

                    • Both the offensive and defensive lines were abysmal, far worse than expected and I didn't have high expectations for the DL.. Shea certainly took a hit early in the game and took a ton more hits later... Coan is a lot better than I had him pegged, he made really good decisions when pressured...

M essentially being without Zach at RB, I don't think Wisconsin respected the run game and allowed the Badgers to blitz 2+ LB's in passing situations.

                      8-4 is looking pretty likely.

                      • Michigan didn't deserve to lose by 14 (which would've happened had Black come down with that ball in the endzone). If Taylor wasn't a little gimpy, he could've had 300+ on the ground. I don't care how "great" they'll do against Rutgers; virtually every other game after that is gonna be a chore to watch.

                        • I was absolutely baffled as to why the spread on this game was only three points. Betting on Wisconsin to cover is the easiest money that anybody has ever made. Did anyone not watch Michigan in their first two games or Wisconsin in their games? Exactly as I predicted HarBitch got bent over and assraped like the bitch clown that he is. Harbaugh fucking sucks. The last time that Wisconsin did this to us was 2010. Harbaugh = RichRod 2.0. He's a dogshit coach. I don't want to hear about what he did before Michigan anymore. It ceased to be relevant when he took the job in 2014. Has there ever been a bigger coaching bust in the history of college football? If so, I don't know who it would be. Somebody name for me a bigger coaching bust in the history of college football.

It's officially time to start the coaching search. I'm not saying that the program will do it, but it's exactly what should happen. I'll take the guy who was up 35-0 on us today as a start. He's a vastly superior coach. So is just about everybody else in the B1G at this point. I'll take the guy from Iowa State maybe. Hell give Urban a call. It won't cost you anything.

                          • All the games to date have been a chore to watch. So all the QBs got hurt as well? That's another signature quality of a beatdown under Harbaugh. It's whack-a-mole with the problems with his teams. You never know which ones will come up, but once the old ones are fixed new ones will emerge. I know we said that this game wasn't going to a definitive read on the future, but it's increasingly difficult to see how this coaching staff is going to find a way forward that puts players in a position to win. They couldn't do it with a bye week and facing an incredibly predictable opponent; now they'll have to do it without the extra prep time and with hurt QBs.

You are precisely correct. How else can you explain a program that year after year recruits nearly as well as other top 10 teams and yet cannot even compete against them? With competent coaching, nothing special...just competent; at the very least blowouts like this against top 10 teams should be the exception, not the rule. You should even win once in a while.

                              • Thanks Cody. The reason I felt this coming was not so much that Wisconsin dominated in their 1st two games. Rather, I simply remember the beat downs a better UM team took against OSU on the road and in their bowl game. Combine that this year's lesser team that struggled mightily against two lesser teams and the outcome wasn't hard to predict (the beatdown). Like Hannibal inferred, it was a joke that UM was even ranked in the top 20 going into this game. Small consolation that our boys scored 7 more points than I thought they would.
