  • I'd say Michigan's performance today is impressive -- 335-41 total yards advantage.

Dan, I can't talk to you about this when you pull up stuff that appears to make your position (JH's play calling is unassailable) a strong one but it's not. If a team has 400 yards on 6, 65y drives and scores 10 points, is that a good offense?

Just an example but offensive efficiency distinguishes good offenses from average ones. Right now, M's offense is average to good but with a ton of potential. My view is that it's getting held back by play calling that's not optimizing what the defense gives ...... there's a JH plan and it seems there is little willingness to change it up in game. JMO. We can see things differently.
Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.

That would be impressive against anyone. 20 points is crappy, though.

The team has 20 points, not 10. Admittedly, the last 3 just came, but that was after a questionable TD pass to DPJ was called back. That's the kind of first down call you've been calling for. Your prayers were answered.

The offensive play calling today has been great, IMO. I don't think that's been the case all the time under Harbaugh, but today has been good.

                          • Hopefully Harbaugh runs up the score. If they want to take cheap shots they can get embarrassed.
