You can add a Saturday game by the Saturday deadline. Follow the addition format rule. It is done all the time in my real money contest. When we had the two-hour before kick deadline on the real money contest, people would bet a Thursday game. If they lost would double on a Saturday noon game, and, if they lost that they would double on the Saturday night game. Most hit one of them. A few bankrupt, but not a lot.
