Was going to be a GREAT morning but now its an absolute shitty morning 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ Got a nice job in Edinburgh coming to a close today all going well. But then the thorn was thrust into my side!
My kids know I worry about them each and every day and I always knew they kept things from me to stop me worrying! 🤦♂️
This morning……. Whatsapp text from daughter.
“Just to let you know dad, me and Denni (oldest granddaughter) are about to head off to New York to visit Mark. (My oldest son) Been planned for a couple weeks but I know how you worry. We’ll be fine and looking forward to it. Here is my flight number as we know you like to track!”
Feel sick to my stomach. But obviously i was positive in my reply.
“Take care of yourselves, keep your phones in your pockets, stay away from Trumpets…..” etc etc etc.
Pi$$ed off with my son for organising this surprise holiday……. But will keep mouth shut. 🤬
