We know what you think. You haven’t stopped telling us for years. Whatever you think, he’s the franchise leader in every major passing metric and he won’t be surpassed for a long, long time. He did give it his all in Detroit.

I actually agree with you that he could’ve stepped up at key times (Cincinnati) springs to mind. But this is a TEAM game. The best TEAMS go from Drew Brees, to Bridgewater to Taysom Hill and they don’t miss a beat. The Lions, in case you haven’t noticed - are a fucking dumpster fire. He’s had 9 100 yard rushers in his whole Detroit career ffs.

The sad thing is the focus was all on the non-call on Pettigrew - and not the fact he was behind the defense and the ball was thrown short. Just put it out there - there is NOBODY anywhere near Stafford when he threw that. In fact, it could be argued that was the cleanest pocket he's ever had as a Lions QB. It was the perfect play call - absolutely perfect.
