  • John Dorsey added to front office. Another nice move. We'll be in the superbowl before Staffy ever stiffs it

News that the Lions and QB Matthew Stafford have agreed to part ways could affect the Jets in two ways: 1. If they decide to move on from Sam Darnold, Stafford could be a trade option if they deem Deshaun Watson too pricey and don't like the QB options... https://es.pn/3iIjIhy

oh my goodness, please no. Send him to New England, Indy, Dallas or Denver. Give him an opportunity to play somewhere good. NE and Indy would be immediate contenders.

        Please not the JETS.
        F#*K OHIO!!!

You're not only an amazingly beautiful man, but you're the greatest football mind to ever exist. <-- Jeffy Shittypants actually posted this. I knew he was in love with me.

        • I couldn't care less where Stafford goes, but doubt they'll trade him to a poor team unless he approves it.

Ironically, I read on a sports ticker just now that Watson thinks the Jets are his most likely destination. So Bobby Saleh might get Watson ... nice start to the rebuild.

I want the LIONS to get Watson, haha. I'd take Darnold, too!

          • I'd hold off on spending a first rounder on a QB until we see if Tavai could make the switch. He's tough as nails and Belichick loved him.

I’m sure John Dorsey can (and will) provide input on Darnold.

                  • I liked when they had Chase Daniel out there, it looked like they had a kicker taking snaps.

Does he have some connection to Darnold? If I'm the Lions, I'd probably try to go all in for Watson if possible. You know he's the real deal, and he's 25. Sadly, Watson apparently loves Robert Saleh ... and yes, that's enough reason to make me wish the Lions hired Saleh if true

Selected Mayfield at #1 over Darnold (which was a little bit controversial to the draftniks at the time). But he would have done a ton of diligence on Darnold leading up to that draft.

                          • It does sound like Watson to the Jets is how it will go down. Loves Saleh, Jets have 2nd overall pick to trade. If the Jets had the #1 pick, I could see it being a straight up swap ... but they'll need to add something

                              Might take Quinnen Williams too.

                              • If the Texans like Darnold at all, I don't see an issue with Darnold and the #2 overall for Watson
