To me, there is no doubt whatsoever that Ivey threw himself into Fox to make contact. There was no particular reason for him to jump and lean to his left on that shot. Now, what other people are correct about is that Fox had already made contact by that point on his close out, and so highlighting that contact was a savvy move on Ivey's part.

I still don't like it as a general practice, but with how badly refs can botch calls, I guess you gotta do what you gotta do.
