There’s def some peeps in here that need to rethink their stance on Paolo Banchero. That kid is damned good and he might be our pick
At this point the person above him is Ivey for me

Is Mike Krzyzewski a Just For Men rep? That’s not your real hair color bro. Let it go already

Holmgren fouled out early. At this point in their careers, Timme is a better offensive option and he was the only one for Gonzaga that was on last night. Arkansas was more athletic and shot the three well down the stretch
Holmgren's last two fouls were kind of ticky tack fouls but exposed some of the problems he might have defensively in the NBA.
They haven't really used Chet as an offensive centerpiece all season. I never understood it, but there's a reason Few has never won a title there. I just don't think he's a good coach.

How? That 4th call was weak and he still had position the whole time. His length is just unreal. Just wait until he's in the NBA with a bigger, more spread out floor. He's going to go ISO and have more space to create. More open looks. Dude was one of the most offensive efficient players in college hoops. The numbers back it up.
You get triggered anytime someone isn't 100 percent positive on the dude.
He does get triggered defending Chet but I also don't understand why they don't use him more as a centerpiece. I agree with what you said about Timme being the better college player for that offense at the moment but its like Chet is an afterthought in the game plan. I truly thought they were going to win it all this year.

We have to stay in that top 4 but some guys are making major jumps. They need to tank it out.
Very True.
For those who say "play to win" I say look at the NFL draft. The Lions beating the Packers cost them the #1 pick, and they could have tanked with the knowledge that losing would assure the #1 pick. Same thing here. Why take the chance?
Well, most notably telling your players to intentionally lose games is a federal crime, and I'm not entirely certain what the Pistons could do roster wise that ensures they more reliably lose. It's not like they are running out an All-Star roster. They're winning games due to players like Bey dropping 50.
The last game was a scheduling win. The Hawks had a tough come from behind victory at MSG the night before. They would have to sit Cunningham out for the rest of the year.
Unless you are really doing some shady things like Henke was doing it's hard. Luckily if you are worried about suck things the remaining 9 games are fairly tough. The only shit team they play is OK, everyone is fighting for a spot or positioning.
This is an era with the nature of players coming and going from the big schools that you literally expect the small schools to actually be competitive.
St. Peters is about team play, and the game has evolved into individual play - where players are playing for Draft Stock.
I laughed when they said St. Peters is small - and they are 6'8, 6'8 and 6'7 across the line. It's not like the modern game is built around low post play to begin with.
Who has a 7'4" C who should be a matchup nightmare on the bench for the last 5 minutes of the game?
