According to SVG, Drummond hits about 70% in pracitce but cant do it in the games for some reason.....Its more mental now than physical.....They should have hired a psychologist instead of a shooting coach.

After that 23 miss game, that would have been nice to seem Drummond REALLY work at his free throws. Apparently he isn't or it is bothering him a lot.

He's terrible at it, but it's a mental issue. The idea that he isn't practicing enough is stupid. SVG runs the team. If he tells andre to shoot 5,000 free throws in practice, that's what he's going to be spending his practice time on.
He's the worst FT shooter in history right now. His form isn't great but it is not nearly that bad. His head is fucked up.

One thing that always helped me with FTs is that there should be a nail in the floor that lines up perfectly with the rim. If you are off just a shade then it makes a big difference.2012 Detroit Lions Draft: 1) Cordy Glenn G , 2) Brandon Taylor S, 3) Sean Spence olb, 4) Joe Adams WR/KR, 5) Matt McCants OT, 7a) B.J.
